1)How do you practice your sniping and if you have any routines would you mind sharing it with us?

well, I usually just hop on a dm/tdm server like srs or eSuba. I lower my volume ingame and just put some music on. most of the time i just listen to some rap, like 2Pac, outlawz etc.. then i just play a bit pure based on aim, to keep my reflexes sharp and my unscopes going. If i feel i've played enough i just quit, relax a bit with more music and then start playing pcw's and officials.

2)What was the magic ingredient which made you one of the best snipers in the world?

I think persistance and motivation. After i left LowLandLions i really wanted to snipe for some reason. So i took the scope and started practising on public a bit first, see if i got what it takes to scope. And i kept sniping more and more.. so i started sniping in Team-Coolermaster. After a few weeks i really started finding my form, it got noticed by other people and then i got the chance to scope in TEK-9.

3)You started off with Assault class in COD4(if I remember correctly) what was the reason for picking up the scope?
It was really random, one day i just decided to take the scope, and since then i never dropped it.The more i play with it, the more i like it. So, I'm not going to drop the scope. It's alot of fun !

4)Which Lan/online tournament has been the most enjoyable socially and competitively?

From all the online tournaments, i liked insidiae the most. I always liked the whole best-of-3 concept. From lans i have to say AeF was deffinately my favorite. I had alot of fun there, and i loved playing there. It was a really sick event. CC5/gameland were really good aswell, really helpfull admins and the schedules were good.

5)Are there any rituals or jinks that you go by before any matches?

Yeah, before every match I always wash my hands. Then i just go take a glass of water or a cup of coffee, make a washing glove wet and clean my mouse. I've always did that for some reason, even on LAN. And i always have music on, it just makes me feel relaxed before a match.

6)We see in the frag movies that you use R700 and M40A1 how do you choose which rifle to
use?

I use to play with the M40A1 when i just started scoping, then i tried the R700 once. For some reason i just liked it more, i don't know why though. Since then i've always been playing with the R700. It's just personal preference in my opinion. eventhough they have same damage, and the r700 has 1 bullet less, i still prefer that one more.

7)So far there has been 2 cod4 frag movies from you, are you planning to make more(other than the ButtonBashers movie)?

Yeah, I wouldn't mind another movie. I've got alot of demos from the LANS i've been to that haven't been used, and some demos from officials. But we'll see what happens, maybe somebody will ask me to send him demos to make a movie. I don't mind it, it's always nice to see one of your own fragmovies.

8)what is your most favourite food and Drink?

Homemade fries with steak and a pint of carlsberg. It's just awesome.

9)What do you wish to get for your Christmas present?

hmm.. i don't know. I'm not material at all and i have money from the LANS left. So i don't know actually. I just hope 2009 will be a good year in everyway, if somebody would give me that a christmas present, it would be nice.

10)So the big lans for COD4 has pretty much finished for the foreseeable future..... what are your plans for the future in gaming?

Well, we're gonna finish the cups we're in. We're still in eurocup and ESL ems. After that we'll see what happens. Maybe they'll announce some big online cups or maybe some more LANs. I'm really curious what will happen.

11)Who are the top five most dangerous players to you?

SoCLoN, kAMMYz, Eplot1c, OZWALD, Wombat

12)How Much do you get for your salary?

We get 300 euro's a month, and 25 euro each day we're @LAN.

13)How much do top pro players get on average?

No idea, I only know that we're the only team in europe that gets a salary in Call of Duty 4.

14)Why did you decide to go pro?

I always liked the idea of making money with doing your hobby. I always thought it must be the most relaxing thing in the world, but i was wrong though. It's fun and everything, but it's tiring sometimes. Coming back from lan, sleeping 1 day home, leaving for another lan, coming back and then waking up 5 days in a row at 5.00 in the morning so you have to go to work. And i also wanted to prove to the people i wouldn't be able to pull it off, that nothing is impossible if you have the right attitude and personality.

15)Are there any games that you are looking forward to getting your hands on?

Not really, besides Call of Duty 4 I barely play any other games. Sometimes pro evolution soccer, but that's about it. I don't even have an idea which games are coming out.

16) Are there still some room for improvements on your skills in COD4?

Absolutely. I never think i'm the best, i just think i'm one of the best and i need to keep improving. It's what keeps me motivated and going. Better reflexes, fastscopes, things like that i always want to improve.

17)Is there a reason for doing the reload canceling whilst you are sniping?

It's just a habit, and it also takes off like half a second for another bullet to fire. I started doing it since the first time i played with scope and i never stopped doing it since. Same as hold-breath. It's just a habbit.

18) Is there a technique on getting noscope/no aim to hit the target?

I don't think there is, It's just a bit of luck to be honest. But i do think there's a "technique" for fast-scoping. I do sprint, stop, crouch and quickly shoot. And it works really well

19)What do you want to get for your Christmas Present?

hmm.. i don't know. I'm not material at all and i have money from the LANS left. So i don't know actually. I just hope 2009 will be a good year in everyway, if somebody would give me that a christmas present, it would be nice.

20)How do you keep your form and your teams form?

Not playing to much. Whenever we're not praccing with the team i just don't play or I play with some people i know really well and joke around. It's a bad feeling when you know you're overplayed. Sometimes i just don't play for 3 days and then start pltaying again. But it's personal in my opinion. Some people can play all day and all night long. Same goes for our team, we don't play 24/7, we don't play on fridays, saturdays, and we play really late on thursdays. It works well for us.

21)Which do you think is most important in a team: communication or personal skills ?

In order to be succesfull you need to have both. it's really important to have players that can clutch alot of situations (1v2, 1v3, 1v4), but it's also really important that you communicate well if you're in a 2v4 for example. It's about 3 things, communication, personal skills & teamplay. And anything besides that like luck is just a nice extra.

Team Gear won the latest tournament in Japan. Can you give us a somment for the team :p

I know Aster. I've talked to him a few times actually, very nice polite guy. It's nice to see he's motivated and that he and his team are persistant. So congratulations with your win, I hope you'll win many more ! And never give up.
